Agencies attending this Training of Trainers (TOT) are doing so with the understanding that their agency is committing to training all sworn agency members in all applicable Procedural Justice courses covered by this TOT. Sworn officers, both front line and executive level leadership are strongly encouraged to be trained through Procedural Justice for Law Enforcement Agencies: Organizational Change through Decision Making and Policy course the Procedural Justice for Law Enforcement: Front Line Officers course.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Additionally, your agency is strongly encouraged to capture and report pertinent data on the number of officers trained and evaluation data. The agency will be responsible for capturing and reporting this information to CPSJ who will in turn report to the COPS Office.
