Congratulations on your admission to the UIC School of Architecture! We are pleased to invite you to campus and to Chicago for our annual Admitted Student Open House Weekend on April 6th and 7th. As you are making decisions about your plans for the fall, we want to be sure you have all the information you need to choose a graduate program that will be the best fit for you.
The Open House weekend will provide many opportunities to learn more about our program, about architecture in Chicago, and about the faculty, students, and alumni who make up the School of Architecture community.
You are welcome to participate in as much or as little of the Open House Weekend as you're able to. The weekend will include: visits to various large architecture firms and faculty practices in the city; a reception with current students; an alumni panel; a faculty gallery talk; an exhibit opening by our Garofalo Fellow, Fosco Lucarelli; a lunch and happy hour with faculty and students at UrbanLab hosted by faculty member and UrbanLab co-founder Sarah Dunn; a building and studio tour with current students.
Friday, April 6th - 1:00 to 8:00pm
Saturday, April 7th - 9:00am to 3:30pm
